  • All possible sources like references, headhunting, job portals, databases, Linkedin, etc.
  • Ensuring Quality of hires for all positions within given timelines.
  • Coordination with Candidates & Interview panel throughout the process. Should have sound technical knowledge.
  • Maintaining the database of documents and all other information of all interviewed candidates.
  • Ability to interact, develop a network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
